Primary Purpose And Overall Objective Of The Job
The Commercial Excellence Director leads the unified end to end process for the Commercial Excellence organization (incl. Distribution Channel Management ) in China to drive best‑in‑class commercial execution, strengthen distributor performance, enhance customer management & pricing excellence, accelerate digital & operational enablers, ensuring consistent, predictable and efficient business growth across Clinical & Industrial markets in both direct & indirect channels.

Distribution Channel Management ) in China to drive best‑in‑class commercial execution, strengthen distributor performance, enhance customer management & pricing excellence, accelerate digital & operational enablers, ensuring consistent, predictable and efficient business growth across Clinical & Industrial markets in both direct & indirect channels.
Main Accountabilities
- Lead the newly integrated Commercial Excellence & Distribution Channel Management department:
- Strengthen distributor performance and risk management across Greater China:
- Deploy and reinforce Commercial Excellence best practices across sales, marketing and customer service:
- Drive the implementation, adoption and performance impact of Customer Management 360 (CRM360):
- Ensure Commercial Process Excellence in alignment with global standards:
- Expand commercial reach through digital solutions and online business enablers:
Studies-Experience
Typical Studies-Experience, Skills and Qualifications :
- At least 10 years of experience in leadership positions in customer facing or commercial operations (Sales, Marketing) or related experience in other fields managing operations with strong influence.
- Project management experience implementing medium/large projects, emphasis in implementation an adoption of new methodologies.
- Working experience mastering CRM, preferably salesforce.com will be an advantage, BI solutions, analytics.
- Master’s degree level in business related fields.
- Ability to communicate in an autonomous in international and multicultural environments.
- Demonstrate ability to lead by influence, negotiation skills and capacity to drive a multidisciplinary team without hierarchical reporting.
- Excellent strategic and analytical thinking and the ability to transform ideas and plans in actionable activities to drive positive business impact.
- Building trust and collaboration skills with long-term working relationships with different areas of the company.
