Apple is looking for a dynamic, highly motivated Analyst to join the Korea Team.

You will support the team in all facets of its work to develop sales actions through analysis and insights.

Description

The duties and responsibilities are diverse, but include the following:

  • Master Data Management: Establish and maintain the foundational data infrastructure across sales systems, including the governance of partner hierarchies, data pipelines, and taxonomy standards to ensure a consistent and scalable data architecture.
  • Offer & Promotion Tracking: Capture, document, and reconcile offer and promotion data across sales programs, identifying discrepancies and escalating data quality issues to maintain a single source of truth.
  • Partner Traffic & Conversion Analysis: Monitor and analyze partner traffic and conversion trends, surfacing patterns and anomalies to help sales teams understand channel performance and optimize partner engagement strategies.
  • CRM & Affordability Insights: Manage the collection and validation of CRM records and affordability metrics, ensuring structured and timely data entry that enables accurate forecasting and customer-level insights.
  • Data Analytics & Reporting: Assist in building and maintaining dashboards, reports, and ad hoc analyses that surface actionable insights on sales performance and promotional effectiveness to support broader business intelligence initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in conducting large-scale analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a consistent track record in data interpretation.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills across all levels in the organization.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, ability to compile and validate large amounts of data, and comprehensively understand data relationships.
  • Exceptional commercial skills; ability to deeply understand channel partner economics, analyze commercial data and reports, and create robust business cases supporting opportunities.
  • Collaborative and inclusive engagement style that seeks to deliver superior outcomes, regardless of the status quo or perceived boundaries.
  • Ability to handle ambiguity and make things happen.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Able to present insights and drive conclusions in an engaging manner.
  • Exhibit the highest standards of accuracy and strong organizational skills.
  • An ability to build and develop a strong internal network.
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • Knowledge of Python, SQL, and Tableau is a plus.
  • Expertise in data visualization tools for analysis, insight synthesis, report design and development, and executive presentations.
