Description
The duties and responsibilities are diverse, but include the following:
- Master Data Management: Establish and maintain the foundational data infrastructure across sales systems, including the governance of partner hierarchies, data pipelines, and taxonomy standards to ensure a consistent and scalable data architecture.
- Offer & Promotion Tracking: Capture, document, and reconcile offer and promotion data across sales programs, identifying discrepancies and escalating data quality issues to maintain a single source of truth.
- Partner Traffic & Conversion Analysis: Monitor and analyze partner traffic and conversion trends, surfacing patterns and anomalies to help sales teams understand channel performance and optimize partner engagement strategies.
- CRM & Affordability Insights: Manage the collection and validation of CRM records and affordability metrics, ensuring structured and timely data entry that enables accurate forecasting and customer-level insights.
- Data Analytics & Reporting: Assist in building and maintaining dashboards, reports, and ad hoc analyses that surface actionable insights on sales performance and promotional effectiveness to support broader business intelligence initiatives.
- At least 2 years of experience in conducting large-scale analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a consistent track record in data interpretation.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills across all levels in the organization.
- Exceptional attention to detail, ability to compile and validate large amounts of data, and comprehensively understand data relationships.
- Exceptional commercial skills; ability to deeply understand channel partner economics, analyze commercial data and reports, and create robust business cases supporting opportunities.
- Collaborative and inclusive engagement style that seeks to deliver superior outcomes, regardless of the status quo or perceived boundaries.
- Ability to handle ambiguity and make things happen.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Able to present insights and drive conclusions in an engaging manner.
- Exhibit the highest standards of accuracy and strong organizational skills.
- An ability to build and develop a strong internal network.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Knowledge of Python, SQL, and Tableau is a plus.
- Expertise in data visualization tools for analysis, insight synthesis, report design and development, and executive presentations.
