We are seeking a Strategy Analyst to support our organization's strategic initiatives by conducting in-depth research, analyzing data, and providing valuable insights in order to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and maintain a competitive edge in the market.

The ideal candidate must be a critical thinker, detail-oriented, and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills while also being an excellent presenter with exceptional communication, both verbal and written. With an engaging and collaborative work style, you have the ability to build strong, influential and collaborative business relationships across sales, marketing, finance and operation teams. High self-motivation with a strong drive for results will be essential to succeed in this role.

Description

  • Consolidate the regional plan for Chile, Argentina, and Peru: describe the opportunity and strategic highways, conduct value discussions, and own the full cycle — from Keynote design to the story line, to the cadence.
  • Drive Account Planning and Quarterly Playbooks: ensure consistency from cadence to standardization with a strong focus on data quality, and learnings across the three markets.
  • Consolidate, scale, and refresh business, brand/consumer, competitive landscape, and partner financial data — maintaining a single source of truth for strategic decision-making.
  • Stay aligned, connected, and current with the regional sales and finance cadence, ensuring the Chile, Argentina, and Peru cluster is always synchronized with broader ALAC strategic priorities.
  • Conduct extensive market research, competitor analysis, and industry trends evaluation to identify emerging opportunities and potential risks across the Andean and Southern Cone markets.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to extract key insights that drive strategic decision-making, developing and maintaining a deep understanding of market dynamics, customer preferences, and the regulatory landscape in each country.
  • Demonstrate AI literacy and hands-on proficiency in prompt engineering and the design of structured knowledge bases, leveraging AI tools to aggregate, consolidate, and standardize data from multiple sources into reliable, decision-ready frameworks that support strategic analysis at scale.
  • Establish and track KPIs and metrics to monitor the progress and effectiveness of strategic initiatives — including YoY, QTD, YTD WoW, and CTG performance — identifying areas for improvement and recommending corrective actions.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Generally requires 8+ years of proven experience as a Strategy Analyst, Management Consultant, or similar analytical role
  • Familiarity with earnings reports, economic concepts, banking, payments, and consumer credit segments in Chile, Argentina, and/or Peru
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights
  • Proficiency in data analysis and experience working with data visualization tools and techniques
  • Excellent research skills including the ability to gather information from various sources and assess its credibility and relevance
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Keynote; proficiency in AI prompting, vibe coding and other analytical tools such as LLMs, SQL, Python, Tableau
  • Proficient in English and Spanish, both written and verbal
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field. Master's degree preferred
