We are currently seeking an Events Producer to join our team in London.

Description

As an Events Producer on the European Communications team, you will define, develop and produce events for our PR and Product Marketing teams delivering the key messages and experiences for our products and values to a European audience. In this role, you will report to the Head of Events & Experiences, European Communications.

Responsibilities

  • As social first is a key pillar of our event strategy today, you will bring to life creative and meaningful ways to tell our story through innovative experiences that deliver opportunities for influencers and content creators to capture for social output at every turn.
  • Bring key stakeholders together and drive creative collaborative and cross-functional planning across all activities to ensure everyone is delivering to the highest standard of the brief. This may include both internal and external partners.
  • Stay connected to culturally relevant moments for leverage through our experiences and understand how creators are using moments to create and connect — what resonates and what doesn’t in the market.
  • Work closely with our creative agency partners to ensure fresh thinking and ideas are represented, while Apple standards are upheld in detail and delivery, for both in-person and virtual experiences.
  • Manage and drive processes for effective and consistent planning, including WRIKE, photography, travel and catering.
  • Manage end to end experience across travel planning and logistics for media and influencers attending small to large scale events internationally.
  • Tracking, auditing and reporting on event data and budget spend, including transportation, travel and F&B.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 7+ years experience in marketing, events and experiential activations
  • Experience managing all logistical aspects of event production, including venue selection, budget, catering, transportation, AV production, and travel, with heightened attention to detail and executing events at the highest level
  • Successfully led on-site event staff and volunteers, ensuring smooth operations and excellent attendee experience
  • Experience managing multiple activations at once, each with individual stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven cross-functional collaborator capable of working in a fast paced, and often ambiguous environment
  • Self-starter who can demonstrate creative and critical thinking abilities and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritise and articulate ideas into easy to consume presentations and briefs
  • Impeccable interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely across multiple audiences and executive level partners
  • The desire to consistently innovate, proactively bringing new ideas to the table – both strategically and in execution.
