We are seeking a dynamic, highly motivated leader to define and drive the product-centric strategy and business performance of iCloud+ in China.

Description

This role combines strategic ownership with operational rigour: driving continuous product improvement, leveraging business and market analytics, and translating insights into clear, high-impact actions. The successful candidate will bring a strong product intuition alongside commercial acumen, enabling them to identify, shape, and execute strategic opportunities that accelerate subscription growth and overall business performance.

Responsibilities

  • Articulate and shape the opportunity ahead for iCloud+ and communicate local requirements for current and future products in a coherent way to multiple stakeholders Worldwide.
  • Possess expert knowledge of market trends, competitive and 3rd party products and strategies. Make recommendations on key growth opportunities to management and cross-functional teams.
  • Define the strategy and the annual plan, outlining opportunities and actions that drive growth and category leadership.
  • Be the liaison between Greater China and Worldwide for all local business needs and feature requirements. Influence the product feature roadmap, making clear recommendations that improve customer experience and commercial performance.
  • Drive resolution of issues across all areas of the projects while communicating strategic direction, status and issues to teams, leadership updates and regular partner alignment discussions.
  • Translate business goals and customer needs into clear implementation plans, priorities, and decisions, and drive alignment on complex product and technical issues.
  • Be commercially focused and deliver on strategic business opportunities to drive subscriptions and growth.
  • Build, maintain and expand business relationships with established and prospective partners.
  • Balance deadlines and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Build a sphere of influence across cross-functional teams.
  • Maintain outstanding attention to detail and obsess over the customer experience.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Extensive work experience (ideally 15+ yrs) in tech, if possible in the verticals of cloud, digital subscriptions or SaaS business, with depth in technical awareness and the instinctive ability to be the voice of the consumer.
  • Strong understanding of consumer tech landscape in Mainland China, subscription economics in the region with deep passion for mobile technology.
  • Knowledge of local regulatory requirements in the verticals of content, cloud storage and internet services.
  • A track record for driving strategic business growth, subscriptions and business development with partners.
  • Spoken and written fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Positive attitude and strong ability to work internationally with a variety of teams and personalities collaboratively across different markets.
  • An ability to analyze and communicate results clearly and effectively to leaders, and influence senior leaders through story telling.
  • Excellent analytical, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Prior work with International teams in a multi-national company is a plus.
  • MBA preferred but not conditional.
