In this role, you will support Apple Services Engineering teams by partnering closely with engineers and cross-functional groups to deliver secure, end-to-end solutions. Success requires strong organisational and analytical skills, sound business judgment, and the ability to collaborate across multiple teams and levels. You will serve as a key point of contact and trusted resource, reporting to the Apple Services Engineering Admin Team Manager.

Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a curious, adaptable, and dedicated problem solver who thrives in ambiguity, to be based in our London City office at 22 Bishopsgate, with flexibility to support our Battersea site as required. In this role, you will work closely with engineering teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, while also providing administrative support to site leadership.

The role involves delivering both administrative and operational support to the teams based at the site. You will work closely with the Site Lead, Engagement teams, Space Planning, People teams, Recruiting teams, Facilities personnel, and US and EMEA based colleagues to ensure the office operates smoothly and efficiently.

You will partner closely with site leaders and work alongside other administrative professionals to support day-to-day operations, manage internal communications, and resolve administrative and operational matters. The role also includes coordinating senior leadership site visits, including managing complex calendaring and logistics.

The ideal candidate has strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to prioritise competing demands with accuracy and strong follow-through. They will bring experience in office management, space planning, and workplace operations, with a proven track record of delivering projects within defined timelines. They are able to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity, and remain composed under pressure in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment. Experience supporting leadership meetings, preparing and delivering updates, and communicating organisational changes to senior audiences is essential. The successful candidate works independently, adapts quickly to changing priorities, and demonstrates initiative in driving execution.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Administrative or Executive Assistant experience supporting senior or director-level leadership
  • A Bachelor's degree, Associate's degree (AA), or equivalent practical experience
  • Experience managing complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating logistics.
  • Proficiency in Mac and productivity tools, including Keynote, Numbers, Pages, Excel, and Word.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience managing people.
  • Proficient in eApproval, Work store, Seat Manager, PR/PO
