We are seeking a highly motivated Product Operations Associate to join our Product team and support the execution of product and release activities in a cutting-edge medical device software company. This part-time position is ideal for a student with strong organizational skills, great oral and written communication skills, an interest in healthcare technology, and a desire to learn how products are built, released, and improved in a regulated environment.
You’ll assist with project tracking, release coordination, customer complaint triage, and data reporting—helping our product and engineering teams stay aligned and effective.
This role will involve overseeing software (SW) and hardware (HW) projects, assisting with product documentation, escorting the release process, handling customer complaints, and conducting product analytics.
This is an excellent opportunity for a student to gain varied hands-on experience in product operations and project management within the medical device industry.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Management: Help organize SW and HW projects. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to project information is up to date, milestones are met, and necessary stakeholders are informed. Track project progress and report on status, risks, and issues helping move tasks forward to meet deadlines.
Documentation and Release Process: Assist in creating and maintaining internal and user-facing product documentation, including user manuals, technical specifications, and regulatory documents. Support the release process by ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
Customer Complaint Handling: Assist in managing customer complaints, ensuring timely and effective resolution. Act as a liaison between R&D and QA-RA to ensure the complaint resolution and corrective actions are addressed.
Product Analytics: Conduct product analytics to support decision-making and continuous improvement. Analyze data on product performance, usage, and customer feedback. Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
Additional Responsibilities: Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of new product strategies. Test and provide feedback of beta SW versions.



Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate or graduate program (e.g., Engineering, Business, Life Sciences).
Strong organizational and project management skills. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Fluent in English (written and verbal).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Prior exposure to medical device environments or regulatory concepts is a plus, but not required
Working Hours: Part-time (15-20 hours per week), with flexibility to accommodate academic schedule.
