<div> <div><strong>Key Responsibility </strong></div> <div><br></div> <ul> <li>Execute PPM (Planned Preventive Maintenance) of equipment, maintains records and logs as needed.</li> <li>Perform Mechanical and Electrical maintenance repair work; install / replace fixtures, switches, motor, receptacles, and wiring.</li> <li>Preparing all the documents (like SOPs, related log sheets, etc.) related to the maintenance department.</li> <li>Inspecting the validation of the clean room, calibration of instrument’s, breakdown of all equipment’s and other equipment as needed.</li> <li>Performs all work in accordance with all established regulatory and compliance and safety requirements.</li> <li>Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation.</li> <li>Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities.</li> <li>Keep generator, lighting, and electrical systems in working order. Diagnose problems and then repair/replace defective parts.</li> <li>Performs other various tasks as instructed by management.</li> <li>Provides guidance and directions to less experienced personnel and others assigned to his / her position.</li> </ul> </div>
