Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage monthly content calendars aligned with marketing goals.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute social media, email marketing and digital campaigns.
- Coordinate with designers for creatives and ensure timely execution as per the planned calendar.
- Create channel-appropriate content for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, website, emailers, brochures, presentations, and events/exhibitions.
- Coordinate with external agencies handling Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO.
- Understand campaign reports, analytics, and performance insights.
- Generate marketing reports and derive actionable insights from campaign performance.
- Monitor content and campaign performance and optimise communication for improved engagement, reach, CTR, and overall digital performance.
- Conduct competitor social media audits and market research.
- Identify gaps and opportunities in competitor communication and positioning.
- Research industry trends, healthcare marketing trends, and content opportunities.
- Maintain and organise lead databases with proper segmentation and labelling during the campaign.
- Support marketing activities for webinars, events, distributor engagement, and brand campaigns.
- Ensure consistency in brand communication across all touchpoints.
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and content strategy.
- Ability to create platform-specific and audience-focused content.
- Good coordination and project management skills.
- Basic understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, email marketing, and analytics.
- Strong communication and copywriting skills.
- Good design sense and ability to coordinate creative execution.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines independently.
