Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement international sales strategies to expand Axio Biosolutions' presence in key markets.
  • Identify and engage new distributors and partners in targeted regions.
  • Drive B2B sales with hospitals, military organizations, emergency services, and government procurement agencies.
  • Manage and foster relationships with existing clients, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and healthcare professionals.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and devise market entry strategies for various geographies.
  • Conduct market research to uncover trends, assess competition, and identify potential growth opportunities.
  • Participate in international trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to showcase Axio’s products.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and conduct contract negotiations with distributors and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with product development, marketing, and regulatory teams to synchronize sales efforts.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective pipeline management.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Strong network with hospitals, military, emergency response teams, and distributors.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to develop new markets and establish strategic partnerships.
  • Experience in handling tenders and government contracts is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required.
  • Bachelors or Master’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or related fields.
