Key Responsibilities
- Prepare Invoices, Packing Lists, Delivery Challans, and other dispatch-related documents accurately.
- Ensure all required documents are verified and aligned with customer requirements and internal standards.
- Assist in preparing and maintaining work-order-related documentation, including BOM updates.
- Share dispatch details (AWB, LR number, transporter details, ETA, etc.) with relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain a daily/weekly dispatch tracker.
- Track all outbound shipments and follow up with couriers/transporters for delivery status.
- Update customers and internal teams on shipment progress until delivery is confirmed.
- Fill/update Bill of Material (BOM) as per work order requirements.
- Identify material shortages and prepare/raise Purchase Requisitions (PRs) for required items.
- Coordinate with the procurement team for timely material availability.
- Communicate proactively with sales, production, sterilisation vendors, and logistics teams.
- Maintain strong follow-ups and ensure smooth flow of information between departments.
- Must have good verbal & written communication skills.
- Assist in maintaining inventory records and documentation.
- Support continuous process improvements within the supply chain.
- Perform any other operational tasks assigned by the Supply Chain Manager.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Basic understanding of supply chain operations (preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage timelines and multitask.
