Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement international sales strategies to expand Axio Biosolutions' presence in key markets.
- Identify and engage new distributors and partners in targeted regions.
- Drive B2B sales with hospitals, military organizations, emergency services, and government procurement agencies.
- Manage and foster relationships with existing clients, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and healthcare professionals.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and devise market entry strategies for various geographies.
- Conduct market research to uncover trends, assess competition, and identify potential growth opportunities.
- Participate in international trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to showcase Axio’s products.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and conduct contract negotiations with distributors and stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with product development, marketing, and regulatory teams to synchronize sales efforts.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective pipeline management.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 3-4 years of international sales experience in medical devices, trauma care, or emergency safety kits.
- Strong network with hospitals, military, emergency response teams, and distributors.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to develop new markets and establish strategic partnerships.
- Experience in handling tenders and government contracts is a plus.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required.
- Bachelors or Master’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or related fields.
