We're looking for motivated and people-oriented Property Management Intern to join our multifamily property team. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in real estate, property management, and leasing operations while working directly with residents and on-site staff.

What You'll Do:

• Greet and assist prospective resident (in person, phone, and email)
• Schedule and conduct apartment tours
• Support leasing activities and application processing
• Help with marketing efforts (social media, flyers, online listings)
• Maintain accurate records and update property management software
• Assist with resident events and general office support

What We're Looking For:

• Current student or recent graduate (Real Estate, Business, Marketing, or related field preferred)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Professional, friendly, and organized
• Comfortable using basic computer systems and social media
• Interest in real estate, leasing, or property management
