Position: Technical Program Manager
Experience Range: 5 to 9 yrs
Job Location: Bangalore
Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 days remote)
For this role, we are seeking individuals who have transitioned from an engineering background to a Program Manager role.

Required experience and skills:
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in the IT industry.
- At least 3 years of experience in project management, with the ownership of end-to-end delivery of the projects.
- At least 3 years of experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Customer-facing experience with good communication.
- Experience coordinating with the clients, gather requirements, being SPOC for all the projects
- under the program.
- Experience using project management methodologies (such as Agile) and tools (such as
- JIRA, Confluence).
- Experience preparing status reports and decks for the leadership and client presentations.
- Experience in people management and performance reviews of the team.
- Ability to keep the team motivated and create an amicable environment to nurture innovation using latest technologies to achieve the project/product milestones.
- Ability to handle ad-hoc tasks/requests and juggle between priorities for the projects.
- Ability to understand high-level product architecture, experience working closely with technical teams.
- Technical experience of using Python / R language with NoSQL DB for data engineering/analytics-related projects.
Desired experience and skills:
- Experience in managing the data engineering / analytics / machine learning projects or products
- Technical experience of using Python / R language with NoSQL DB for data engineering/analytics-related projects is good to have.
- PMP certification / experience with PM processes per PMBOK
- Experience with quality management processes and preparing for external quality audits
