Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Machine Learning Data Scientist with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training machine learning models using PyTorch and TensorFlow, with a focus on making models production-ready and evaluating them with quality metrics. Expertise in training Transformers and convolution-based large models is essential, and experience in signal processing and image processing will be a significant plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Model Training: Develop and train machine learning models using PyTorch and TensorFlow. Focus on large-scale models, including Transformers and convolution-based architectures.
Model Evaluation: Evaluate models using a range of quality metrics to ensure high performance and reliability.
Production Readiness: Work on making models production-ready, ensuring they are robust, scalable, and optimized for deployment.
Data Handling: Handle and process large datasets efficiently, adapting architectures and loss functions as needed to improve model performance.
Signal and Image Processing: Utilize signal processing and image processing techniques to enhance model capabilities (preferred but not mandatory).
Innovative Solutions: Help innovate, identify problems, recommend solutions, and perform triage in a collaborative team environment and collaborate with various teams on new product features and improvements of existing products
Text/LLM Models: Experience in working with text data and large language models (LLMs) is a plus.
Fundamentals: Possess a deep understanding of machine learning and deep learning basics.
Software Development: Demonstrate strong software and algorithm development skills. Participate in developing and reviewing code, design documents, use case reviews, and test plan reviews.
