About the Role:

Anumana is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Healthcare Deployment Architect for driving customer deployments and interop integrations of Anumana’s AI and web based clinical solutions. As a Deployment Architect, the candidate will play a crucial role in the successful deployment of Anumana solutions on both cloud and on-premises infrastructure of customers and in the seamless integration with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems for healthcare providers. The person will be responsible for overseeing all technical aspects of customer interactions and would be working with highly skilled and professional cross functional teams in order to manage customer deployments and integrations, through the entire life cycle of the solution including post go-live monitoring.

The ideal candidate for this role would have a history of practical deployment and interop integration experience of clinical solutions over a broad spectrum of both cloud and on-premises infrastructure. The ideal candidate would also be well versed with interop technologies and standards such as HL7, FHIR and have practical experience deploying solutions involving EHR workflows such as BPA and CDS Hooks.

Must be open to domestic travel a few times per quarter.

Key Responsibilities:

Deployment Management:

Lead technical discussions covering deployment and integration with customer/potential-customer IT/EHR teams. Own the response to customer questionnaires and pre-engagement security audits.

Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of both cloud and on-premises deployment based customer projects.

Oversee the implementation of cloud infrastructure, including GCP, AWS, Azure, or other relevant cloud platforms.

Monitor solution performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement best practices for solution management.

EHR Integration:

Develop and execute integration strategies to connect EHR systems with Anumana healthcare solutions and generate high quality technical literature covering data mapping, HL7/FHIR interfacing strategy, and other customer integration aspects.

Collaborate with healthcare organizations to understand their EHR capabilities and define requirements/integration strategy for Anumana solution.

Lead the design and implementation of integration solutions, ensuring data integrity and security.

Drive evaluation, selection and usage of industry standard interoperability engines and solutions such as Mirth, etc.

Team Work:

Collaborate effectively with cross functional teams and functions such as Engineering, Product Engineering, Dev/Sec Ops and Cloud SRE in order to achieve business needs.

Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.

Project Planning and Execution:

Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets for customer deployment and integration projects.

Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget while meeting quality standards.

Manage project risks and proactively address issues.

Stakeholder Communication:

Communicate project status, risks, and milestones to internal and external stakeholders.

Collaborate with healthcare providers, IT teams, and vendors to ensure successful integrations.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

Total of 10+ years with proven experience (5+ years) in web solution deployment (both cloud and on-premises based) and EHR integration within the healthcare industry is required.

Strong knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Experience with EHR systems (Epic, Cerner, Allscripts, etc.) and healthcare interoperability standards.

Excellent project management and leadership skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Certifications in cloud technologies and healthcare IT (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, HL7 Certification) a plus.

Hands on experience with interfacing with databases (either SQL or NoSQL based).

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Penchant for documenting and presenting technology aspects.
